We worked closely with the Owner and Architect to value-engineer hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings during both the design and construction phases. All work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. This multi-million dollar project was finished in an extremely short time frame during the summer school recess of approximately 2.5 months. This project was a CM at Risk contract because of its extreme difficulty and minimal allotted time frame for completion. This multi-million dollar project was completed in 46 days, meeting the Owner's stringent time frame and by working around the clock, scheduling multiple crews for both day and evening hours. This project was value-engineered by us with a result of coming in well under budget and a cost savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars to the School District. Completion date: September 2010.
